DREAM TEAM 
TRAINING PROGRAM

​The next step after hosting the Dream Workshop*  in your church is to set up your church's dream team or small group. 
This  three week training program will empower you to do that.  (*Prerequisite)

OVERVIEW OF DREAM TEAM TRAINING:
This training will include 3 two-hour sessions, and run for three weeks.

WEEK ONE: Small Group Dream Team Training
In the first week of training we will train your team on how to put together and run effectively a Small Group Dream Team. Your Small Group is an environment that is a safe place for people to come and practice interpreting dreams together.  The evening training will end with a time of actual hands-on practice to aid in your teams equipping.

WEEK TWO: Your Church Dream Team Training
We have a step by step blueprint already laid out for you to hit the ground running with your own Church's Dream Team in this training. We work with those that are interested in being a part of this team to give them the necessary tools to succeed. We also have a time of role play and demonstrations. 

WEEK THREE: Outreach Dream Team Training
This training is for taking your Dream Team to the streets. Your team will be prepared to do a Dream Team Outreach, knowing how to reach those outside the walls of the church. Practice is very important with this team and will be a big part of our final night together. 

 Encourage and Rescue will be available to answer any question you might have as you get your teams up and running. 

PROPHETIC TEAM
TRAINING PROGRAM

OVERVIEW OF PROPHETIC TRAINING: 
​This training will include 3 two-hour sessions, and run for three weeks.

Your Small Group is an environment that is a safe place for people to come and practice giving prophetic words together.  The evening training will end with a time of actual hands-on practice to aid in your teams equipping.

WEEK TWO: Your Church Prophetic Team Training
We have a step by step blueprint already laid out for you to hit the ground running with your own Church's Prophetic Team in this training. We work with those that are interested in being a part of this team to give them the necessary tools to succeed. We also have a time of role play and demonstrations. 

WEEK THREE: Outreach Prophetic Team Training
